We are knitting squares for blankets for the homeless, elderly. If you are unable to join us in our group, and would like to take part in our project.  Please feel free to do so.

 

Each square can be either knitted or crochet any colour or pattern you like, the brighter the better.

 

For each square size 4mm ( old size 8 ) knitting needles will be used,

 

40 / 52 stitches (depending on tension)

( 19cm x 19cm ) or ( 71/2 " x 71/2" )

 

Please leave long threads when casting on and off so that it will be easier to sew when the blanket is ready for completion.
